How do I rent a photo booth?

We were hoping you’d ask! To start, please connect with our knowledgeable sales team to identify the most suitable photo booth for your event. If you are unsure, our team is on ready to answer any questions, offer insights, and assist you throughout the selection process. Once we’ve established your needs, we’ll gather all the necessary details and prepare your contract. To secure your date, we require a signed contract along with a 50% deposit of the total balance. Our team is dedicated to ensuring the process is smooth and tailored to your unique event needs.

How much space do I need for the photo booth?

Our photo booths typically necessitate a footprint ranging from 8×8′ to 12×12′, though we remain flexible and strive to meet your specific needs as best as we can. The room’s height is also a crucial consideration; we generally require 8 to 9 feet of overhead clearance. If you opt for a custom backdrop, the required height may vary based on your selection, potentially necessitating additional clearance. 

How much power does the photo booth need?

All of our experiences only require one standard 15 or 20-amp circuit. If the power source is located more than 50 feet from the designated photo booth location, kindly inform us in advance, so we can make the necessary accommodations to ensure a smooth and hassle-free setup for your event. We aim to proactively address any logistical considerations to facilitate an optimal experience for you and your guests.

How many prints are included?

For our photo booths that offer printing options, like the Magic Mirror, Open-Air Mini, or King, every package comes with the perk of unlimited photo prints. We believe in creating endless joyful memories and would never dream of putting a cap on the fun!

Does the booth include a personalized overlay?

Indeed, it does! Whether it’s a photo, GIF, boomerang, or video, every one of our packages comes with a personalized overlay. You can select from a plethora of templates, or if you prefer, our in-house design team is ready to craft a unique design just for you. And, if you’re savvy with design, we can send over a template for you to create your own overlay. We strive to offer flexible solutions to cater to your personal preferences and make your experience truly special!

I can't Thank the extraordinary Entertainment team enough for how awesome they are. I recently hired Jeff to be our DJ at our Wedding in September and it was such a blast. He was just so easy to work with and really helped me create the vibe I was looking for. Jeff really did help bring together my day, I just wanted a laid back chill wedding with a good beat and great atmosphere and the team delivered. We also added on the Axe throwing and it was such a great decision. It was quite a unique way to really bring everyone at the party together and create just a good time had by all. We worked with Eric Stevens for our vow renewal/marriage celebration. We were really looking to party as we had to elope during the height of the pandemic and postpone the celebration with our loved ones. Eric and Extraordinary Entertainment delivered and then some! Eric worked out the details of his setup with the venue so there was one less thing for me to worry about and he was extremely flexible. When I struggled to express our music tastes, he gave us a whole list of the most commonly played event songs so that we could share our likes and dislikes. From there he ran with it and created the perfect vibe for our ceremony that I was hoping for: Fun, Energetic, and Danceable! Not only were my husband and I overjoyed with how the night went, I had multiple guests raving to me about how much they liked our DJ. If I could get married again just to hire Eric a second time, I would!

Extraordinary Entertainment was by far one of our best vendors. Words can’t even begin to describe how fantastic Jeff was. From the get go, he totally understood our vision and went above and beyond to make sure everything would go smoothly. Even with the torrential downpour that occurred on our wedding day, the show went on and Jeff didn’t bat an eye. Our hope was that the dance floor would never be empty and Jeff more than delivered! Countless guests have commented on how great the music was and we couldn’t agree more. Jeff also did our ceremony which went perfectly. We so appreciate him taking the time to ensure all logistics were taken care of. Andrew was great to work with as well - organized, responsive, checked in with us at the right moments throughout the process, and very professional.
