How long does it take to setup the dance floor?
So how long will it take to setup your dance floor rental? That depends on a few things. Some venue have longer load in times due to vendor back up, small entrance points, elevators and other factors. In general, it usually takes us 1 -3 hours depending on these conditions and the size of the dance floor to install it. Removal can generally be accomplished in 1 hour with some larger floors needing two hours.
Can I book a dance floor rental for an outdoor event?
We can provide dance floor rentals outdoors but there are a few things to keep in mind. The level and terrain type will determine how effective it will be. If the terrain is very uneven, has tree roots or other obstructions, the dance floor will most likely come apart when guests dance on it, look extremely uneven or not even connect together. We do have hard surface material (additional $) we use to reinforce underneath outdoor dance floors rentals, but it doesn’t always work. The best place to start would be to send us a photo or do a walkthrough of the area to verify it will work.
Can you add custom decals, designs or a vinyl wrap to my dance floor rental?

So how do you choose the right size dance floor rental? A good estimate is that 30 – 50% of your guests will be dancing at any given time.
